The Sago Palm is actually a conifer. with a rough trunk and beautifully light leaves. almost feathery in quality. In place of hand pollination. another method is to remove an offshoot from a strong Sago Palm. This can be done by popping it out of the ground with a spade. Dry the shoot out for about a week. then plant it and water it very well.
